PRODUCT POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a Product or Service from the Website we are here to help in assistance with your money back or a replacement. You reserve the right to a refund or exchange if the product is faulty or defective from its intended use.

Returns

  • You have a total of 14 days to qualify for a refund of a Product or Service you received. To be eligible for a refund the goods provided must be in an unused condition as you received from Daryl Scott Walker in its original packaging and with a suitable means of receipt included with the returned item.

  • Upon receipt of the goods, if there is any damage present you must notify us ‘Immediately’ via this email address: darylscottwalker@gmail.com

Refunds

  • Daryl Scott Walker will notify you of receipt of the returned goods via email and begin the inspection process.

  • Upon receipt of the returned goods, the owner Daryl Scott Walker will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in their original packaging, have not been damaged or tampered with and are in a re-sellable condition.

  • If the above criteria have been met, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Please note that the refund of monies may take a few days to return to your account depending on your card issuer / banks policies.

Termination of Contract / Refund

  • If the good returned are not fit for resale of have been damaged in transit Daryl Scott Walker reserves the right to dance your claim for a refund / or exchange. Note, this is only if the product is defective beyond your control. Also see “Shipping”

Shipping

  • If you are returning any goods to the original seller Daryl Scott Walker you must do so by an insured means to ensure the goods can be tracked and traced to the delivery point.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Should your refund be accepted, you are not liable to receive the original shipping cost as part of the refund, only the cost of the good purchased. 

Digital Products

  • Digital products, such as presets, image licensing, guides, sound effects, single image downloads, wallpapers, screensavers, etc are not subject to our returns policy due to the nature of the product.
