Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Global shipping is available on all products and shipping costs are included with the price of the artwork no matter if it's a single print or a framed print. The payment of any import customs charges, duties and taxes, whether local or international, are the responsibility of the customer. We do offer the service of paid for duties etc in certain areas of our shipping destinaitons.

How are the prints sent out?

Depending on the size of the print and if its framed or not, the products are packed with environmentally friendly packaging which is 100% recyclable. Working with a shipping and printing partner who offsets all of the emissions. For A4 sized prints the package is sent flat packed. A3 & A2 will come in a roll tube for safe transportation.

What sizes do you offer?

The limited edition print runs come in three sizes. A4, A3 and A2. Each size comes with its own limited number print run. A4 is 30 editions, A3 is 20 editions and A2 has only 10 editions.

What is your refund policy on the limited edition collections?

As the limited edition prints are made to order, have a limited run, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All of the products undergo high grade professional quality control to ensure that all shipped products reach you in the highest standard possible. If you feel an error has been made, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment methods such as Credit and Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

Shipping cost for returns

Please contact us for more information on the shipping returns process. We will lease with the manufacture and shipping partner to discuss your issue and any damage from the shipping or printing process.

What if my print or frame arrives damaged?

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork in the unlikely event of any damage. Please take pictures of the damage and forward onto us. We will endeavour to replace the edition free of cost.

How should I care for the prints?

We recommend the paper (if not already framed) is handled with extreme care. The print should be mounted behind non-reflective museum glass and protect them from any prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as this can bleach the colours.

Do you allow custom orders?

Of course! If you are looking to commission an image or there is a print you'd like from Daryl's instagram please let us know and we can arrange a custom quote.

What paper is used for the limited edition prints?

Using sustainable materials, the images are printed on Hahnemüle Photo Rag, 308 GSM museum grade textured paper providing the best quality possible for your chosen artwork. This paper is archival quality guaranteed to last generations. All standalone prints come with a white border to allow for easy framing.

11.

Are the limited edition prints signed and authenticated?

Yes, each print is signed by Daryl and each limited edition print also includes a seal and certificate of authenticity. The certificate also has the same seal and number for the edition.
